Installation Guide
Select your device type and follow the instructions below
Smart TV Installation
For Samsung Smart TV:
- Press the 'Smart Hub' button on your remote control
- Search for 'IPTV Smarters Pro'
- Install the app
For LG Smart TV:
- Press the 'Home' button on your remote control
- Go to LG Content Store
- Search for 'IPTV Smarters Pro'
- Install the app
Configuration:
- Open the 'IPTV Smarters Pro' app
- Select 'Add Your Playlist (via XC API)'
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Enter your login credentials (Username, Password, URL)
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Select the saved user and enjoy the content
Note: If you cannot find the app in the App Store, you can download it from Official IPTV Smarters Website .
Android Installation
- Open the Google Play App
- Search for 'IPTV Smarters Pro'
- Download and install the app
- Open the 'IPTV Smarters Pro' app
- Select 'Add Your Playlist (via XC API)'
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Enter your login credentials
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Select the saved user and enjoy the content
Note: If you cannot find the app in Google Play, you can download it from Official IPTV Smarters Website .
iOS Installation
- Download 'IPTV Smarters Pro' from the App Store
- Open the app
- Select 'Add Your Playlist (via XC API)'
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Enter your login credentials
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Select the saved user and enjoy the content
Note: If you cannot find the app in the App Store, you can download it from Official IPTV Smarters Website .
Fire TV Installation
- Open the Firestick home screen
- Go to Settings
- Select 'My Fire TV'
- Select 'Developer Options'
- Enable 'Apps from Unknown Sources'
- Return to home screen and select 'Search'
- Search for 'Downloader'
- Download and install Downloader
- Open Downloader and enter the URL: https://www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk
- Download and install IPTV Smarters Pro
- Open the app and follow the setup instructions
Note: You must enable 'Apps from Unknown Sources' to install apps that are not available in the Amazon Appstore.
MAG Box Installation
- Make sure the MAC address is registered with us
- When the box starts, go to 'Settings'
- Press 'SETUP/SET' on the remote control
- Go to system settings and select 'Server'
- Select 'Portals'
- Enter the server name in 'Portal 1 Name'
- Enter the portal address in 'Portal 1 URL'
- Press 'OK'
- Press 'EXIT' twice and restart the portal
Note: You must register the MAC address of your MAG Box with us before you can use the service. The MAC address is located on the back of the box or in the settings.
Enigma2 Installation
- Go to: Settings > System Settings > Network Device Setup > Adapter Settings > Settings
- Find your IP address (starts with 192.168...)
- Download 'Putty' to your computer
- Open Putty and enter the device's IP address
- Enter port 23
- Click 'Open'
- Login with username and password 'root'
- Copy and paste the m3u link you received after ordering
- Press 'ENTER'
- Restart the device
Note: You need an m3u link from us to configure Enigma2. You will receive it by email after ordering.
Windows Installation
- Download IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows from Official IPTV Smarters Website
- Install the app
- Open the app
- Select 'Add Your Playlist (via XC API)'
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Enter your login credentials
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Select the saved user and enjoy the content
Mac Installation
- Download IPTV Smarters Pro for Mac from Official IPTV Smarters Website
- Install the app
- Open the app
- Select 'Add Your Playlist (via XC API)'
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Enter your login credentials
- Click on 'ADD USER'
- Select the saved user and enjoy the content
Common Problems and Solutions
App won't download or install
Check if you have enough storage space on your device. Try deleting some unused apps or files to free up space. Also make sure you have a stable internet connection.
I can't log in
Check if you have entered your username and password correctly. If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' function or contact customer support.
Channels don't load or have poor quality
This can be due to a slow or unstable internet connection. Check your internet speed and try connecting the device directly with a cable instead of Wi-Fi to the router. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
